Occ missing. I can´t upgrade after crasch

Hello

I have a raspberry with Raspbian 8 (Jessie)
Owncloud 9.1.4.2 version

After a system update, it crashed and don´t work at all.

I reinstalled PHP 7 by hand, but still not working. I seems to have lost files.

I would like to upgrade to 10.3 it, but I haven’t got he OCC file to upgrade.

I tried to download the 9.1.4.2 version to look for the OCC script, but such version is not available.

How can I upgrade?

if i’m understanding the examples given in the following documentation correctly you could do a direct upgrade to the latest available version 10.3.0 of ownCloud:
