Odd language or character encoding for numbers display in client

Expected behaviour

client app settings show folder and files etc, E.G. "285 MB of 5.2 GB in use"

Actual behaviour

numbers are displayed in odd characters, I'm guessing Greek, Arabic, or something similar

E.G. "٤٨٥MB of ٥.٢GB in use"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Windows 10 EN-GB lang default
  2. install client Version 2.3.4 (build 8624)
  3. Open settings window.. !

Shouldn't be something like this reported to a bugtracker?

Not to my logic - I figure if no-one else has the problem then the issue is with my rig; I was looking for some insight or maybe a suggestion from someone else that recognised the condition. Doesn't warrant a full on bug report until I can be sure it's a universal issue.

But everything else in the UI looks fine?
Do you have any special screen? (very high DPI, very low resolution, remote screen, ...)?
