OpenID Connect app disables after reboot

So recently I have configured the OpenID Connect app in ownCloud as to enable logins from Azure AD.
This works fine, but the only quirk is that the OpenId Connect app is disabled after a reboot of the server. I can manually enable it again from the apps section as an admin whereafter everything works fine again.

I am using owncloud 10.7 on the Univention virtual appliance. The OpenID connect version is 2.1.1

I have checked owncloud logs for any message regarding this, but as yet have not found a clue what could be going on.

Can anyone perhaps point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this further? Thanks…
