Operation Canceled and slow to sync file in client

Hello all,
Please help me, our server using CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core) and OC 8.2.1. Now our server have one trouble about synchronize client with the server. Error Message like this
operation canceled.

OC 8.2 is not longer supported. Please consider updating.
