Outlook Plugin Problem

Outlook Plugin does not work correctly. It generates the following text;

‘{{FILES}}’ has been shared with you and can be viewed by following the link:

{{URL}}
The password for the share: terlI4co-s
The share expires on 11/04/2018

However, as you can see it does not include the actual link to download.

The logs report the following error:

Maybe it helps if you explain what the “Outlook Plugin” is and where you get it from?

Mhhh, i think its probably better to report this issue to the mentioned contact page over there. I think owncloud.org is not exactly the same as owncloud.com and it might be possible that you can’t find the author of the plugin in this user forum.

Hi,

‘{{FILES}}’ and {{URL}} are just placeholders. They will be replaced after sending the mail with the file/foldername and URL.

You have a problem with the DB. Close outlook and delete the DB “.Logshare.db” under the following path:
path:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\ownCloud
When starting outlook, the DB is recreated.

Hello Frank,

I tried deleting the DB file, however it unfortunately did not help. It does create the DB file again. Also, when sending the e-mail nothing happens.
