ownCloud 9.1.0 - Folders/Files in limbo

A whole folder is missing in my installation (It had 2 subfolders with quite a few file inside each). I searched for a file that I knew was inside and it tells me its inside another folder.

Lets say my root folder looked like this

A
B
C
D

Now (according to the search) its like this

A
B
D/C

The files that were inside D are still there, but C is not actually there when I browse through the web interface.

When I click on the file it takes me to the directory (this is in the search results window), but when I click on the file (or any file in those directories ... the ones that were inside C) I get the following message ...

_ownCloud _

Service Unavailable
Could not open file

_ownCloud – web services under your control _

Any ideas? Can I search for this folder manually on the Ubuntu server or might a re-indexing help (if that's possible)?

My guess is someone moved it by mistake and it either never finished or the user panicked and did something and aborted the process.
