Owncloud 9.1 is sync desktop several days left

Please help us by providing the following info. Before posting please make sure that you're running the latest available version for your oC release: https://owncloud.org/changelog/ + https://owncloud.org/changelog/desktop/

Steps to reproduce
1.Copy 116 Go from usb key to user directory
2.run following commands :
sudo -u www-data php occ files:scan --all
sudo -u www-data php occ files:cleanup
3. Syncing folder with desktop app

Expected behaviour
Should be quick as all datas has been already copied from USB key to hard drive

Actual behaviour
The syncronisation is up to 5 days...

Client version: OCC
Client operating system: 2.2.4 build 6408

Server configuration
Operating system: Raspbian GNU/Linux 8.0 (jessie)
Web server: apache2
Database: MySQL 5.5.50-0+deb8u1
PHP version: PHP 5.6.24-0+deb8u1 (cli) (built: Jul 27 2016 00:06:04) with Zend OPcache v7.0.6-dev, Copyright (c) 1999-2016, by Zend Technologies
ownCloud version : 9.1.0
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: fresh install

Hi,

the sync client currently can't detect already existing files on its hard disc so there is currently no solution for this problem available. Please also note that you're not supposed to change / manually modify stuff within the ownCloud data directory.

If you like it or put a thumbs up on github, you can show your support for this issue. If the whole release planning suggestions receive only a few supports, the developers will think that there is no real demand for these features.
