ownCloud Appliance config.php file location

Hey,

i did the following search:

and found an existing thread containing some info:

Yes i am new. I simply need to Edit my config.php to allow local storage but cannot. Im on Ubuntu 16.04 desktop with owncloud 10 via VM from Owncloud running sudo nano /var/www/owncloud/config/config.php says Directory doesnt exist, but from the screenshots you can that i do have the config file, if i type in the url first. Please someone help me, ive been trying to add local storage for over a month, and the documentation now has me in circles [image][image][image]
