owncloud-client missing Debian_11 repo for building/installing from OBS repo

Trying to building owncloud-client for install for Raspberry Pi OS 64 bit (debian bullseye) following

The build instructions in that appendix are outdated. More reports about success/failures welcome – this will help to update the build instructions.
