Owncloud client stuck in "Checking for changes", restarts every 2 min, "token does not exist"

Have an OwnCloud server at BananaPI. Got some problem with the hard drive and did not use it for a while. After runing fsck and solving the issue with the file system the OwnCloud came back to life. Can connect via Web and via Windows client and see the content. The Windows client is "Chacking for changes, go through some files and then closes in about 1,5 min. Then starts all over again (though seems like it is checking other files). In the Activity section there are status masseges “Aborted” exactly 2 min apart. Updated the owncloud server to 10.10 (from 9.3.ish) and php from 7.2 to 7.4 but still the same. Newest version of the client.

Steps to reproduce

1.Login to Windows client
2.Sync is started automatically
3. Wait for the error

Sync without error

Actual behaviour

Stops with an error every 2 min, then restarts again

I have the same problem. Using Mac Desktop Client (latest version).
Constant checking, sync and abort problems.

Something seems wrong with the DB… you might want to try to make a backup and then truncate or remove the data from the oc_authtoken table. The users will be forced to login again, but it’s the easiest solution if it works.

You might also want to check if the DB is in a read-only partition or something similar. It seems the DB isn’t updating the token for some reason.

You can also try to logout and login from the desktop client.

Logged in and out. No effect. Totally removed the connection in the client and then added again and specified to sync in the same folder as previously. Chose to keep files locally. Sync is now ok. Some conflic versions here and there but easy to clean up.
