Owncloud doesn't get along with viber

Expected behaviour

Owncloud should sync everything no problem

Actual behaviour

I am getting an unknown error for folder ViberDownloads/PublicAccountMedia/

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Windows 11 Pro
2. Install Viber latest
3. Install latest stable Owncloud and add your Documents folder as a sync connection

Server configuration

Operating system:
CentOS 7

Web server:
OpenLiteSpeed

Database:
MariaDB

PHP version:
7.4

ownCloud version:
10.12.0

Storage backend (external storage):

Client configuration

Client version:
3.0.0.9215

Operating system:
Windows 11 Pro

OS language:
English US

Installation path of client:
"C:\Program Files\ownCloud"

Logs

Template for output < 10 lines

1. Client logfile: Output of owncloud --logwindow or owncloud --logfile log.txt
   (On Windows using cmd.exe, you might need to first cd into the ownCloud directory)

Commands owncloud --logwindow or owncloud --logfile log.txt do not produce anything under Windows 11
