First what download image is best to use? Owncloud ESX or Owncloud VMWare. I will be installing on either ESXi 5.5 or ESX 6.0 or 6.5. Have downloaded the VMWare image but the ESX image just pulls up a funky webpage and does not allow me to save the ova image???
I was going to try and P2V the server from a previous Hyper V install to a VMWare but is time consuming and Ethernet settings did not migrate. Am I better off installing from the VMWare or ESX image and how would I go about migrating the data and users to the new install. I have looked at some online docs mentioning MySQL and all. But maybe someone have a quick explanation. It has been a while since I was in Linux and having inherited this product I am well behind the learning curve and need to figure this out as quickly as possible
