Owncloud encryption key (restore) lenght and characters?

Hi!
I just wonder if there is any limitation to the number of characters that you can use in the server restore encryption key that you set as admin?

  1. Is there a limitation in how long it can be or, can you set like for example a 100 character key?`

  2. Does it work with all characters such as: A-Z a-Z, 0-9 and "¤#%¤#%[][{ etc.?

Any thought about this?
