Owncloud installed from softaculous/cpanel w/web ui problem

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install owncloud from cpanel
  2. Create new user
  3. Login as new user

Expected behaviour

To see the usual login page from owncloud (home with a plus icon, to create new folders and the files list above) and a menu on the left side.

Actual behaviour

It looks similar, without the files and the plus icon.
Pressing the “Favorites” button keeps turning for a while (>5 minutes) after that Favorite icon appears and everything seems to be normalized.

Server configuration

Operating system: CloudLinux v7.9.0 STANDARD standard cPanel Version 106.0.7

Web server: Apache Version 2.4.54

Database:

PHP version: 7.4

ownCloud version: v10.10.0

**Where did you install ownCloud from: cpanel / softaculous

Signing status (ownCloud 9.0 and above): ok

Login as admin user into your ownCloud and access 
http://example.com/index.php/settings/integrity/failed
