Looks like the rendering on setup overlaps. There is no prompt to create an admin account.

I guess you get what you pay for?
Maybe the web setup file needs more testing?
Forgot to mention the host is Dreamhost.
With so many successful installations, how can you think, the problem is not related to your setup and/or environment?
