ownCloud repository on OpenSuse is broken

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen
apt, apt-get, Synaptic, and MintUpdate should fetch the repository without any warnings.

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead
I get an error/warning at each repository update in MintUpdate:

The repository 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/jgeboski/xUbuntu_16.04 Release' does not have a Release file.Data from such a repository can't be authenticated and is therefore potentially dangerous to use.See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details. The repository 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/desktop/Ubuntu_16.04 Release' does not have a Release file.Data from such a repository can't be authenticated and is therefore potentially dangerous to use.See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.Selhalo stažení http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/jgeboski/xUbuntu_16.04/Packages Nelze se připojit k download.opensuse.org:http:Selhalo stažení http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/desktop/Ubuntu_16.04/Packages Nelze se připojit k download.opensuse.org:http:Některé indexové soubory se nepodařilo stáhnout. (The ending is in Czech but I think everything is clear from the previous text.)

You see that the problem is different from the previous one with the GPG key.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add an ownCloud repository to your Ubuntu-based system, or specifically Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya x86_64, pointing to http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/desktop/Ubuntu_16.04.
  2. Try apt-get update, or try to update the repositories from MintUpdate.
  3. You’ll encounter the warning about the missing Release file.

Please receive my apologies for such an uninformed bug report.
First, I read afterwards that all the Linux repositories are down.
Second, I should have noticed that the repository is basically down, not any strange missing file error.
Best wishes for ownCloud, especially that the repositories make it to be renewed and back online.

Your report is fine. Its a major outage in the Mirrir infrastructure. My apologies.
