Hey,
last year i have asked Get outdated ownCloud version removed from QNAP App Store? but how i understand this the people have no possibility to remove such outdated apps from the app store because they seems to be not the ones providing it 
But maybe you as a QNAP customer has the possibility to ask QNAP for a removal because i think 10.0.0.1 is heavily outdated, has been released on 2017-04-26 and i think should never be provided / offered for download in the QNAP app store anymore.
