Owncloud Server 10.14 and Desktop App limitations

Expected behaviour

Desktop Apps prior 5.2.1(ex. 5.0 or 4.x) should connect to Owncloud Server 10.14

Actual behaviour

Desktop Apps prior 5.2.1 can’t connect to Owncloud Server 10.14

Server configuration

Uuntu 22.04

Apache2

MySQL

PHP 7.4

Fresh Install of ownCloud Server 10.14.0.3

Is there a requirement for desktop Apps versions that can connect to Owncloud Server 10.14? If so please advice the oldest desktop app with support.

if i’m understanding the following provided by the ownCloud people correctly it seems version 10.13.0 and later requires at least a Desktop app version 3.2.1:
