Unfortunately neither this channel nor https://owncloud.org/download/ were updated since January, when RC1 was released.

Hi @cortho Thank you for posting it!, We are preparing this great the new release and we forgot to update the channel 
We will update it today. The Change-log will be released after all the changes and fixes are correctly described and they pass all QA Test.
Any feedback while testing is welcome!
