I recently updated ubuntu core and apache after ubuntu notification and my owncloud address is not reachable. I am getting back ERROR 599.
Luckily enough I have a back up of the VM and is working perfectly.
How clould I resolve the problem? Do you have any suggestions?

You will be able to find hints of what happened in the error log file of your webserver I bet.
Have you checked there?
