ownCloud - WebDav doesn't work after Windows Creators Update

Usually we connect to owncloud with a webdav share and a network drive configured in GPO.

Since the Creator Update for Windows 10 it doesn't work anymore.

Connection to Server is fine. Nothing has changed just the Windows Update.

Would be great to get some help here.

What does Microsoft say about this, that seems the only component you have changed?!
Generally recommend WebDAV Clients like Cyberduck which work pretty good, or Mountainduck which works perfect but costs $$.
