Hello all. On the FAQ page, https://owncloud.com/faq/, under the system requirements question, it states:

Note: ownCloud currently does not run on Windows Servers. This is about to change though…

My questions are,

  1. When is this expected to be available?
  2. Will OwnCloud server run on all versions of Windows?
  3. What will the Windows System requirements be?
  4. Will the server interface be similar and\or identical to the Linux version?

Hi,
Thanks for highlighting this. I forwarded it to the website team and they decided to remove the sentence from the website.

I think it was referring to the new go rewrite ocis potentially being relatively easy portable to Windows. However there is nobody actively researching, developing or testing this.
