Hallo Ownclouders,
ich habe ein Problem mit dem Updaten als auch mit der kompletten neu Installation der OwnCloud X auf meinem Strato Webspace.
Ich habe an Hand dieses sehr hilfreichen Beitrags vor ein paar Wochen von OC 9.1.4 auf 9.1.5 auf dem selben webspace geupdatet. Dies hat tadellos funktioniert.
Nun habe ich den Versuch gewagt diesen Update Prozess ebenfalls für das Update auf OwnCloud X zu verwenden. Dies führt zu unten beschriebenen "Internal Server Error" direkt beim aufrufen der Login-Seite.
Daraufhin habe ich das OC X Paket entpackt und komplett untouched in ein neues Verzeichnis kopiert. Eine entsprechende neue Datenbank im Admin Menü von Strato erstellt und dann den Pfad zur jungfreulichen OC X im Firefox angewählt. Wo eigentlich die Einrichtungsseite jetzt erscheinen müsste, erscheint der Selbe Internal Server Error.
Strato möchte sich wie immer zu OC nicht äußern.
Strato unterstützt bereits PHP 7.1, welches ich auch aktiviert hatte, aber auch dies hat an der Fehlermeldung nichts geändert.
Auch im Server Log welches von Strato im Kunden Login zur Verfügung gestellt wird, ist kein Fehler aufgeführt.
Gibt es noch anderes Systemvoraussetzung die ich übersehe habe oder die Strato bis dahin nicht unterstützt?
Ich kann mir das Problem erstmal nicht erklären und hoffe auf Eure Hilfe.

- Downloaden des ZIP archivs der OwnCloud X von owncloud.org direkt auf den Windows PC
- entpacken des ZIP Archives und upload der Dateien auf den Strato Webspace
- Erstellen einer Datenbank im Strato Admin Menü

Die Konfigurationsseite der OwnCloud X sollte erscheinen.
Actual behaviour
Aufruf der OwnCloud im Firefox Browser führt sofort zu einem Internal Server Error.
