Not sure if this is posted in the right place, but here goes...
I just activated the OwnNote app, but I am unable to import my Evernote .html export files. The instructions say to 'upload' the files into the /notes folder and they will be imported, but that directory does not appear in my folder structure. I have also tried to deposit content directly into the /apps/ownnote folder, again with no success. Any help is appreciated.
I suppose you checked all the guides on the app's repo https://github.com/Fmstrat/ownnote. Have you errors in your log? Best is probably to report it to the developer. Though, the development of this app seems not very active. At Nextcloud, they started a new notes app with more developers, it seems to be compatible with oC as well: https://github.com/nextcloud/notes
I'm using ownNote and do "importing" simple HTML-Files as note from time to time.
I have configured - within the administration sector - ownNote to use database and directory for the notes. Than I have configured the note-directory with /Notes.
After that you will find the directory defined within your file structure.
Placing a .html file to that directory will import that "as note" and shows the file "exported" as .htm.
Sometimes the import takes time to start. If you access the notes-app via Web-Interface it will trigger the importer.
