Powerpoint files corrupted issue

Hello everybody,

We have an issue concerning Powerpoint files (.PPT, .PPTX) stored in Owncloud.
Randomly, Powerpoint files are corrupted and lose a part of contain and their pictures. Like the file loose the mask.
Sometimes, it's possible to restore a old version, but sometimes no.
It's very critical for us !

Have you an idea about this issue ?

Please check in the activities who modified the file last. Sounds very weird otherwise.

Thanks for your interest. Only the owners modify their files. Files are not shared.
I'm agree with you, it's very strange, but a big problem....

If you see nothing in the activity of the client and the server - then its not ownCloud - but you can see if it can be reproduced in which case we would look at it of course. Are you running 10.x? We have file integrity checking between Server and Client in that version. So maybe an upgrade is the right choice here!

The error message in Powerpoint is : The image part with relationship ID rld2 was not found in the file.

We have find the issue solution. Office 2013 is not update at the good version to correct that.
