Problem: many files with 0 bytes

Hello!

We are using Community Edition, release 9.1.1.

We are observed a big problem: many users have 0 bytes files in the server repository
when the source files (in the client) are good size files.

We are thinking about that would be a problem with quota limits or when the user uncompress files.
But we do not know which is the reason for these 0 bytes files in the server.

Please, any help will be welcomed.

Can you clarify what you mean with uncompress files ? Did you enable a third party app on the server that uncompresses files there ?
