guys I just ran the version progress, renamed the old folder of owncloud, downloaded and unpacked the new … copied the config folders and apps into the new folder … when I typed the IP / owncloud address I appeared the screen that does update, I gave the command to start the update and now no longer load the login page, the white screen remains … if I try to give the command: sudo -u www-data php occ files: scan --all I receive this message: Could not open input file: occ

Where do you run the command?

If it was run not in the ownCloud directory, it can not find the occ script, so you get this error.

Do you have command line access to your server? If yes I would advice a manual upgrade.

Also, I would recommend following the steps described in the official documentation regarding upgrading:

What you described in your fist post looked like an tar ball upgrade.
