Problem when drop files of zero size

Hi,

Add zero size files created an error on the web interface

This works with some browsers (Edge with Windows 10), but not with Firefox 47 on Linux for example.

Is this a known problem?

My version of Owncloud : 9.1.0 / PHP 7 / Apache 2.4 / RHEL7

Uploading of 0 bytes files is not possible.
