Problem with File version Restore

When I restore a file version (feature available when I click on the file using Web Page Owncloud)
The Owncloud client show a message every next synchronisation.

Message:

This sync would reset the files to an erlier time in the sync folder 'ownCloud'.
This might be because a backup was restored on the server.
Continuing the sync as normal will cause all your files to be overwritten by an older file in an earlier state. Do you want to keep your local most recent files as conflict files?

Even if I click "Normal Synchronisation" or "Keep Local Files as Conflict" the message is showed again. -Every sync time

The environment that I'm reproducing the problem

We have this problem on this version

Owncloud Server 9.0 / 9.0.2 and 9.0.4
Server: Linux Ubuntu or CentOS 7 64 bits

Client version: Version 2.2.2 (build 3472) on Mac. BUT the same problem when using Windows PC

This sounds like a bug that we rather discuss in a github issue. Would you mind creating one, best including client log files.
