Problem with website loading?

Hello, I’m trying to report an error that I keep receiving when I try to open up the website. I’ve installed ownCloud for Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, and when I try to open the website, it fails and gives me this error;

App directory “/var/www/html/owncloud/apps-external” not found! Please put the ownCloud apps folder in the ownCloud folder or the folder above. You can also configure the location in the config.php file.

What do I do to resolve this? I have looked through other topics but none are addressing the same issue/resolve it.

First off, check if this directory really exist and your owncloud tree has the correct access rights.
