Problem with Windows Client

Hello,
I have installed Owncloud on my cPanel account.
It works very fine without any problem.
But when I want to connect to my owncloud with Windows Client Application, It say:
"Access forbidden by server. To verify that you have proper access , click here to access service with your browser."
How can I fix it?
Could you please guide me?

Server Version : ownCloud 10.0.1
Client Version : : 2.3.2

Random thought on this. Is it because the OC installation is on an http versus https prefix and it's incorrect in the Windows client?

@majed Did you solve this by checking HTTP vs HTTPS?
Did you try newer client and server versions?
