Public shared video not playing

Hey,
the problem with Apple devices aside (Videos are not showing up on public links, as known), now I also can’t watch any stream on any other device because after clicking on “play” it says “No video with supported format and mime-type found”
When I watch the video on the dashboard, everything works. It also worked on Owncloud 8, I just installed (fresh) Owncloud 9 and this problem comes up. Any help appreciated!

Get a error: "No video with supported format and MIME type found." ### Expected behaviour The video playing without problems ### Actual behaviour Return a error in the browser (Firefox): No video with supported format and MIME type found. opinion ``` The problem it happens on the file lib/private/files.php Line 194 The function split() not work in PHP 7. Here: http://php.net/manual/en/function.split.php Then i changed the php socket to PHP 5.6.22 and then that function works. Also i changed the function split() to preg_split(), works but with warnings i n PHP 7. preg_split() in the moment is a workaround, but not 100% for PHP 7. Edit: I tried with the explode() function and not had problems apparently.
