QNAP After the update, there is no access to OwncloudX

I updated QNAP TS253D to version QTS 5.1.6.2722 Build20240402
I updated phpMyAdmin to 5.2.1.1
I updated MariaDB 10 to 1.0.6.33
OwncloudX in the AppCenter panel is running, but when I click “open,” I can’t access it from the browser; I receive the message “This site can’t be reached.”
Everything was working normally before the update.
Where should I start according to you, did I unnecessarily update any of the applications? If so, based on your experience, please guide me to the possible cause. This is a server in a company; at home, I set up a server on a computer with Debian, where I have a private OwnCloud, and I don’t have such a problem there.

i think that it could be possible that you need to contact the QNAP support for issues like his happening during an update of their product.
