Rebuilt Server - One user's 'home' directory is not pointing properly

Hello,

I have successfully rebuilt my server (ownCloud 10.x on Ubuntu 20) after it crashed. I restored the backup of this user’s files to his /owncloud_data/user/files directory, but they do not show in the web interface.

I did the same process with another user, and their files are showing in the interface.

I created the text file through the web interface.

Ideas?

Have you tried the occ files:scan command?
