I would like to find out how to recover my data, as I am unable to log into my account. I had an issue with my phone and I am not able to generate a Time-based One-Time Password. Could you please advise me on how to retrieve the QR code to regain access to my account?

Who administers your ownCloud server? That is who you will need to ask for help.

I am logging in as an admin to the account via the browser.
If you are logging in as admin it sounds like it is an ownCloud instance that you run, which is great, but it also means it is yours to fix.
If this is just a case of having lost your own user account 2FA, you might start in the relevant section of the admin guide.

Have you tried the listing users? It is in the section right after the one about 2FA.
