Remote Access with Windows client

Please help us by providing the following info.

Steps to reproduce
1.open Windows sync client
2.enter the URL

Expected behaviour
Should open the connection

Actual behaviour
Error status.php - server not found
Client configuration
Client version: 2.2
Client operating system: Win 10

Server configuration
Operating system: ReadyNAS 1-4
Web server:
Database: mySQL
PHP version: phpMyAdmin
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page):
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install:
ownCloud log (data/owncloud.log):

Special configurations (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption):

If you enter the same URL in your browser, does it work? Is owncloud installed in a subdirectory (https://example.org/owncloud)? Then make sure to use the whole URL in the client as well.

it used; I am using v9 now; I have set the trusted domains now I cannot log in locally anymore...

my /aaps/owncloud/web/data folder is missing...

Changing the trusted_domains doesn't empty your data folder. Check the data-directory which is set in your config/config.php.
