Are there any plans for a 10.x series repo? Currently the download still links to the 9.x series.

Good question!
On april 28 the stable repository included the version 10, which my server automatically upgraded. Since then I am waiting for the latest bugfix release. It seems version 10 has gone.
I am using the stable repository
http://download.owncloud.org/download/repositories/stable/Ubuntu_16.04
Why is the current version 1.0.2 not included?
