Restore lost share public link

Hi everybody.
We created a folder and shared it with internal user.
This internal user shared the folder with external customers via public links.

Today the internal sharing has expired and we lost all public links.
I restored internal sharing and removed the expiration.

Is there a way to restore public links shared with external customers?
From the sharing settings I don’t see options to edit public links.

Hi 4Usupport,

we had the same problem about 3 years ago, at that time there was no official solution. I don’t know (and would be interested) if there is one now - but at that time we helped ourselves with a redirect in the htaccess from the old link to the new share link. Maybe this is also a short-term option for you.
