Restrict users for admin user in OC 10.0.10

Hi everybody!

I’d like to give admin permissions to somebody in order to let him create or delete users but don’t let him to create more than X users.

are there any option to do this?

There is no option to do this. Best you can do is make them a group admin. However, that does not restrict the number of users they can create.
