Return from NC to owncloud

Hi, i can`t find any topic here. Is it possible to return from nc to owncloud?
I am used owncloud on my private server more then 5 years, then try to switch to nc and after that I have many annoying things(But for my clients i use only owncloud).

i don’t think that there are some scripts which are migrating from Nextcloud to ownCloud. I’m not sure but i think the only chance to “go back” is to install a new ownCloud instance and then upload all files from the Nextcloud instance to the new ownCloud instance manually.

Maybe a migration directly to ownCloud Infinite Scale (oCIS) could be an alternative but i’m not sure if detailed migration steps are available besides this:
