Send Files via FTP / FTPS

Hi all,

Is there a way to send file using FTP or FTPS to Owncloud (not Webdav) ?

Not directly. You would use an external storage as FTP(s), transfer files into it and do a file scan from ownCloud to have the files show up there.
WebDAV is the open standard protocol we are using for all defined endpoints.
FTP does not have a notification concept, so the file scan will be essential.
