I can't sync my files and folders. Plz help me!!!!
Hey @tecmido. Can you provide us with more details about your setup? Which client version are you running?
Can you see/download the "161105 cv 62. Bao cao thuc hien dau tu du an 69B Thuy KHue.pdf" on your web browser? Probably what is going on is that the server is returning a 5XX code when trying to download that file (this usually happens when the file is located on an external storage backend and it's not available at the time of the client request). You can find this behavior described in https://github.com/owncloud/client/issues/5088
For the time being, you can try to place the problematic file into a folder and deselect it from your selective sync preferences.
