Shared Folder access to all users

Hi,

I need to give a shared folder access to all users in own cloud 9 version so is there any option in which i can give access to all users.

Put all users into one group and share this folder to that group is the way to go for this (currently).

but the users are more than 1000 can't make them into one group

Thinking that all users will be under domain users group so by giving that group will able to access the common folder
