Shared folder on home

hi community,
on the web interface I create a main folder with several subfolder. I also create various group in order to give different permission to different people (red/write, write onlny, etc.). Doing that i have been “forced” to shared subfolder with groups and now, on a final user home page for example, i saw the main folder and also all the subfolders in the same page

So the user see:
Main Folder-> Subfolder 1-> Subfolder 2 ->SubSubfolder1

Subfolder 1

Subfolder 2

SubSubfolder 1

There some way to see only the main folder on the home page?
