i have installed new update and went down due php was 5 not 5.6. i have repair that but i hadt to install new one.
so i have installed it manually with the web installer and unfortunatly says its ok installed but it does not pop out the interface to configure database.
No database drivers (sqlite, mysql, or postgresql) installed.
PHP modules have been installed, but they are still listed as missing?
Please ask your server administrator to restart the web server.

Are you running the Server with mysql/MariaDB? If so, you're probably missing the php-mysql module. Also check the error.log of your webserver (/var/log/nginx/error.log for nginx or /var/log/apache2/error.log for Apache) for any messages from owncloud regarding other php modules and install them.
Don't forget to restart both your php and server after installing.
I am running on a shared server I hade this working fine on 9.1 but after update needed php 5.6 and I couldn't make it work. So I made fresh install when I use Web installer says that it has been installed but then doesn't go on selection of database or choose sql
