i would suggest that you’re creating a new thread in the “oC server” category (https://central.owncloud.org/c/help/oc-server). When doing so a template is shown which is asking your various information about your environment (PHP version, ownCloud version etc.). This mandatory info is currently completely missing thus i’m closing this thread here (as it was also posted in the wrong category).
