Some Files are "locked" - what to do? Einzelne Dateien "locked" wie ändern?

Hi, guys,
I have a problem with several files in my OwnCloud. Some of these files have the status “423 Locked” and cannot be deleted - downloading is possible, so the file is actually present on the server.
The OC is the 10.4.1 and is installed on my host at All-Incl. (I have no root access, only FTP)

What can I do to delete the file “legally” (Deleting via FTP would not delete the file in the synchronised folders)?

ich habe ein Problem mit verschiedenen Dateien in meiner OwnCloud. Manche dieser Dateien haben den Status “423 Locked” und können nicht gelöscht werden - herunterladen geht, die Datei ist also auf dem Server tatsächlich vorhanden.

Was kann ich tun, um die Datei “rechtmäßig” zu löschen (Löschen per FTP würde die Datei in den synchroniesierten Ordnern nicht löschen)?

Hello, may be scanning again is one first stets to try. In the link something else was described for nextcloud. In the comments also one User reported that scanning solved his Issue.
But i am not sure if you have that kind of access.

Yesssss! That’s it. After a bit of trying and fuddeling in the database I was lucky. Now everything is fine (toi toi toi!)

It would be awesome if you could perhaps explain here what exactly you ended up doing to fix it. External sites might change and the link could stop working…
