Spam on the app-store

Unfortunately this is a long-running issue, also with malicious / spam-apps:

Hi, it happens again and again that spam/phising/advertisements apps like: htt…ps://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/pintexx-2?content=174702 https://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/pintexx?content=174701 are added to the appstore. This looks really bad and has a bad smell if people are seeing such crap at the appstore. As there are not that much new apps it would make sense to add a feature to the appstore making apps only visible after admin activation . cc @karlitschek

From my PoV the complete commend and knowledge-base system on apps.owncloud.com should be disabled completely:

The current comment system at apps.owncloud.com really discourages people to dow…nload any app. You can't delete nor edit a comment, and it happens so often that users of my app accidentally double-post a comment. This is due to the bad comment system. It would also make sense to let app developers delete comments and whole comment threads. I personally would not want to download an app whose comment section is so cluttered with bad comments, double-comments, incorrect comments, responses to comments not at a comment's thread level, but as a complete new comment, .. Please fix this. It will make the apps.owncloud.com site usable, which it currently definitely isn't :(
