Spreedme desktop sharing and video conferencing

I apologize if this isn’t the right forum for this question but I could not find a better one. Please direct me if you have a better forum.

Anyway, my question is:
Can I use OwnCloud for desktop sharing and video conferencing? In past versions, previous to version 10, I was able to do this via Spreedme. Is there a way to do this from OwnCloud via Spreedme or another app/method? Apparently, NextCloud has this capability but I didn’t want to switch if I don’t have to.

Hi Im checking possibilities and now I see how this app is being everytime more popular, but I can’t see in the marketplace. Is it planned to integrate in owncloud too? Other option is the option to integrate customized meet.jit.si but talk I think can be more easy. Thanks!
