SSH Access for root denied

Hello on ownCloud appliance ive check the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config and PermitRootLogin is at yes

but i cannot login in ssh

login as: root
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.
Password:
Access denied
root@192.168.1.2’s password:

Can someone help me please

I found that Editing the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config and set

UsePAM no
PasswordAuthentication yes

solved my problem…i don’t know if it’s a godd solution but for now i can access the server in ssh with root
